Your footage lives on local drives and in cloud storage like Dropbox or Google Drive. The index is the file names, plus whatever your editors happen to remember. The problem starts the day of the shoot: an hour of raw files lands, and someone has to split and rename every clip before the team can use any of it.

Do we need engineers to set it up?

Does Vivu edit or generate video?
No. Vivu finds moments in footage you already have. Editing stays in your editors' hands, in their own tools.
Do we have to reorganize our files first?
No. Bring the mess. Upload the recordings as they are, without renaming anything first. Vivu indexes what was said and shown in each one, so a clip called FINAL_final_v3 is as findable as a carefully labelled one.
